"Rolling Loud" is utilizing Everyset, a SAG-AFTRA approved digital onboarding and voucher system.
You will receive an email from them later tonight to create an account on https://onboard.everyset.com/.
Be sure to sign up under the email you gave to casting.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Create an account from the email that is sent to you
2. Complete documents (I-9 first)
3. Sign your voucher at the end of the day in the Everyset app (Timecards tab) or on onboard.everyset.com
4. Please bring a photo, photocopy, or physical copy of your Government issued Photo ID and Social Security Card for i9 verification OR of your Passport - this MUST be the same ID used for your EVERYSET upload.

Just like you normally have your phones at a Music Festival. So to make it feel authentic filming on your phones is allowed
VAPES : PLEASE FEEL FREE TO BRING YOUR personal VAPES if you have your oNE and are willing to vape on camera.
BAG POLICY : tHIS GOES FOR THE BAG YOU WILL CARRY AT THE FESTIVAL (not THE bags you bring to carry your clothing)
