Please understand that at this time, Broward County is offering attractive tax incentives, which means much of the filming you’ll see in South Florida over the coming months (and hopefully the foreseeable future) will be tied to these incentives. We’re grateful for the opportunity to continue bringing productions to the area, as these incentives play an important role in keeping projects filming locally.

Because of this, many of our upcoming shoots will take place in Broward. Please take this into serious consideration before applying, especially if you are located farther south, so there are no surprises regarding location later on.

”GOD OF TIDES” spans a wide range of environments and energy, moving seamlessly from wealthy elite social gatherings to dive bars, neon raves, and everything in between. The world of this story is layered, textured, and deeply influenced by South Florida communities, and we’re excited to bring those spaces to life in a way that feels authentic and lived-in.

We are also casting a wide range of water-related roles, including spear fishing, free diving, and divers. We are especially interested in representing real people from the diving and water sports community, particularly those connected to South Florida’s coastal culture. While very few of these roles will require actually being in the water, authenticity is key. We’re looking for individuals who truly understand the lifestyle, culture, and nuances of these sports.

Our goal is to build a background cast that feels grounded, informed, and real, helping these scenes feel believable and true to the communities being portrayed.

  SKILLS REQUIRED :
  SAFTEY IS OUR SET’S #1 PRIORITY - WE ARE ASKING FOR PEOPLE THAT ARE OVER QUALIFIED TO WORK IN THESE SCENE, THERE WILL BE SEVERAL ON SET SATEFY ADVISORS ASSISTING IN THESE SCENES.

In some scenes we may want to hire Background Performers Vehicles, so please let us know more about your Vehicle(s) below.
*IN some cases we are also hiring vehicles for HIGHER END scenes, those types of specific castings will require ONLY luxury vehicles and will have a higher rate - we will let you know if we are interested in hiring your vehicle for as scene like that.

PAYMENT DETAILS :
You will be paid $182/12hrs means you will be paid $182 for 12 hours of work on your filming date. If you film over 12 hours, you will receive overtime for those hours. Payment will be in the form of a check (it usually takes at least 2 weeks before you will see your payment).

FITTING DETAILS :
It’s possible a role you may be selected for could require a fitting before your filming, for attending a Fitting you will be paid an additional $50/3hrs. Please let us know in the form below your general availability for being able to attend a fitting on a date before filming. We will check specific dates with you before we officially book you.

FILMING LOCATION :
FILMING LOCATIONS WILL BE IN / AROUND MIAMI AND SURROUNDING CITIES.
