Casting TaylorMade ("Casting TaylorMade," "we," "us") is an extras casting company serving Georgia and Florida. This policy explains what information we collect from talent, parents and guardians, and productions, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to castingtaylormade.com, our casting and submission forms, our emails, and our text messages.
Information we collect
Information you give us. When you register, submit to a casting call, or confirm availability, we may collect:
Your name, email, mobile number, city, and state
Photos and videos you submit
Age or date of birth, height, sizes, and physical description used for casting and wardrobe
Availability, skills, special abilities, vehicles, pets, or props you list
Union status and work eligibility details needed by productions
Anything else you choose to include in a submission or message to us
Messages. When you text or email us, we keep the content of those messages, including replies to booking offers.
Productions. When a production contacts us, we collect the contact and project details needed to work together.
Website information. Our website host may collect basic technical information such as browser type, pages visited, and approximate location through cookies and similar tools.

How we share your information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only in these situations:
Productions. When you're being considered for or booked on a production, we share relevant details (such as photos, sizes, and contact information) with that production's team.
Payroll and production partners. When you're booked, the production or its payroll company may need your information to pay you.
Service providers. We use trusted tools to run our business, such as form builders, cloud storage, spreadsheets, email and texting services, workflow automation, and AI tools that help us read and respond to booking messages. These providers handle your information only to provide their services to us.
Legal reasons. When required by law, or to protect the safety of talent, crews, or the public.
Text messaging (SMS)
Opting in. Our casting forms include a separate, optional checkbox to receive booking texts. Agreeing to texts is not required to submit or to be considered for bookings; if you don't opt in, we'll contact you by email or phone instead. Booking offers and reminders are sent by text to those who opt in, and call times and additional details are emailed the day before your filming date. You can opt out at any time.
What we text. If you opt in, Casting TaylorMade will text you about casting opportunities, booking offers, availability checks, reminders, and schedule changes.
Message frequency and costs. Message frequency varies with the productions you're considered for. Message and data rates may apply.
Opting out. Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts. You'll get one final message confirming you've been unsubscribed. Reply HELP for help, or email castingtaylormade@gmail.com.
Automated booking assistant. Some of our texts are sent and answered by an automated booking assistant that uses AI to send booking offers, record your replies, and answer routine questions using production details we provide. A member of our team reviews anything the assistant can't handle, and you can ask for a person at any time.
Your number stays private. We do not sell or share your mobile number or text opt-in information with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are never shared with third parties, except the service providers that deliver our messages.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Minors
We cast talent under 18 only through a parent or legal guardian. Submissions for minors must be completed by a parent or guardian, and all calls, emails, and texts about a minor go to that parent or guardian, not to the minor. We do not knowingly collect information directly from children under 13. If you believe a child has submitted information to us without a parent's involvement, email castingtaylormade@gmail.com and we'll delete it.
If you join our talent list or newsletter, we'll email you about casting calls and opportunities. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. Booking-related emails may still be sent while you're actively booked on a production.
Website and cookies
Our website is hosted by Squarespace, which uses cookies and similar technologies to keep the site working and to show us basic, anonymous traffic information. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, though some parts of the site may not work as well. Links to other sites, such as social media, payroll companies, or forms hosted by our providers, are governed by those sites' own privacy policies.
How we store and protect your information
Your information is stored with reputable cloud services and access is limited to our casting team and the providers that support our work. No system is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information from loss, misuse, and unauthorized access.
How long we keep it
We keep talent information while it's useful for casting, so we can consider you for future productions. Booking records may be kept longer when needed for payroll, legal, or production purposes. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

Delete your information by emailing us; we'll remove it from our talent database, except records we're required to keep

Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our business and tools change. The "Last updated" date at the top shows when it last changed.
