Role Specific Notes :
SUNRISE YOUTH CLUB - EMPLOYEES & KIDS: This is a local Boys & Girls Club in inner-city Miami. The tone is real, grounded, and community-driven. Nothing should feel brand new or overly polished. Your look should reflect authenticity and the vibrant yet modest atmosphere of the neighborhood.
GENERAL GUIDELINES – ALL BACKGROUND
Think second-hand, lived-in, Goodwill-inspired looks
No pink or yellow – these colors match the location’s paint
Avoid bright white and all black – they don't look great on camera
Embrace color! Miami summer tones like soft purples, blues, greens, oranges, faded brights, and pastels
No graphic t-shirts or large logos – these cannot be cleared for camera
Everything should feel casual, comfortable, and believable
Come camera-ready in your best look
Bring 4 complete head-to-toe options including footwear and accessories for us to curate
EMPLOYEES / COUNSELORS :
Please dress like a real staff member working with children – active, casual, but put together. This is a day of youth programming, not a uniformed position - but you should look appropriate and approachable.
FEMALE EMPLOYEES:
You were prefit, so we will have your costume for you :)
Wear proper undergarments and socks
MALE EMPLOYEE:
Tops: polos, solid tees, short-sleeve button-downs
Bottoms: jeans, chinos, clean athletic pants
Shoes: clean sneakers or casual work shoes
KIDS :
You're regular kids attending a free youth club in a working-class Miami neighborhood. Your clothing should feel authentic, worn-in, and expressive of your personality – but not fashion-forward or stylized.
Tops: faded t-shirts, tanks, worn polos, short-sleeve button-downs
Bottoms: well-worn shorts, jeans, joggers, skirts
Shoes: sneakers, sandals w/ backs (must be age-appropriate and safe)
Accessories: simple, real-life touches like hats, bags, headbands
Avoid: trendy fashion pieces, graphic tees, and any brand names or logos
Could bring your school uniform as an option as long as it's nondescript and does not have your school logo or name

IF YOU ARRIVE LATE - YOU WILL MOST LIKELY BE TURNED AWAY WITHOUT PAY!!! You need to let us know IMMEDIATELY if you are running behind for any reason. COMMUNICATION IS EXTREMELY IMPORTANT.
Call times are NOT negotiable - THEY ARE MANDATORY.
Call times are decided with extremely specific factors in mind to make sure every department’s needs are accommodated and you are ready to walk on camera as soon as you are needed on set.
Arriving late (without a legitimate excuse) puts the entire production behind schedule and is both unprofessional and unacceptable.
