Thicker stripes and larger prints are OK! Bring it if it's a good option, even if you're questioning it!

WEDNESDAY, JUNE 11

INT. AIRPORT TERMINAL

All background must arrive dressed in their top wardrobe choice and bring 3 additional full head-to-toe options with them.


General Guidelines:

  • No bright white and no all black

  • No large graphics or large logos

  • Clothing should be clean, pressed, and ready for camera

  • Dress for summer in Miami – think tropical, vibrant, and light color palettes

BACHELORETTE PARTY

  • Everyone must bring an all-white outfit to possibly play the role of the bride, think cute summer in Miami! Your bachelorette party is in Miami and you just touched down to par-TAY!

  • Everyone must also bring a hot pink clothing option to play the role of the bridal party. 

  • Bring additional fun pieces;

  • Fun tops!

  • Light and dark wash summer jeans, shorts, skirts, fun trousers

  • Clean white sneakers, sandals

  • Accessories: earrings, necklaces, rings, etc.

  • Choose pieces you’d wear as the bride or a member of the bridal party!

MIAMI NATIVES

  • You are locals who live in Miami

  • Avoid bright white and all black

  • Wear summer-appropriate outfits in a colorful palette

  • Options could include:

    • Summer linen suits

    • Stylish athleisure (e.g. Lululemon-style)

    • Short-sleeve shirts, breezy dresses, tanks, lightweight sets

  • Footwear: sneakers, slides, sandals

TOURISTS

  • You are traveling from all over

  • Create a character and backstory for yourself

  • Dress for your imagined origin and travel style

  • Examples: business traveler, backpacker, influencer, family vacationer, etc.

  • Bring outfits that reflect this identity

  • Include travel accessories like hats, sunglasses, carry-ons, neck pillows

  • No bright white or all black, color is encouraged

AIRPORT STAFF / TSA AGENTS

  • Uniforms will be provided

  • Please wear standard undergarments and bring anything discussed with you at your fitting!

ELDERLY IN WHEELCHAIR

  • Dress for summer in Miami

  • Men: linen trousers, chino shorts and a short-sleeve button-up or polo

  • Women: trousers or capris with a blouse

  • Soft colors and lightweight fabrics preferred

  • Comfortable, clean sneaker or sandal 

  • Avoid bright white and all black

WHEELCHAIR ATTENDANT

  • White long-sleeve button-up shirt

  • Black chinos or trouser pants

  • Black belt and tie

  • Black sneakers or work shoes

  • We will provide a safety vest 

STEWARDESS

  • Uniforms will be provided

  • Please bring standard undergarments / shapewear to wear beneath your uniform!

  • Please bring nude, black, and white closed toed pumps

  • Bring small accessories such as stud earrings or a watch

PILOT

  • Uniform will be provided

  • Please wear standard undergarments and bring anything discussed with you at your fitting!


HAIR NOTES:

We will not rehire people that do not follow makeup/hair notes


Please arrive CAMERA READY with your hair clean, dry, and STYLED NICELY to fit your look! Your hairstyle should match the vibe created by your wardrobe options (as described above)!


MAKEUP NOTES:

IMPORTANT REMINDERS:

YOU ARE EXPECTED TO BE IN LINE READY TO CHECK IN NO LATER THAN YOUR CALL TIME (BUT PREFERABLY 15-20 MINUTES EARLY)!

IF YOU ARRIVE LATE - YOU WILL MOST LIKELY BE TURNED AWAY WITHOUT PAY!!! You need to let us know IMMEDIATELY if you are running behind for any reason. COMMUNICATION IS EXTREMELY IMPORTANT.

Call times are NOT negotiable - THEY ARE MANDATORY.

Call times are decided with extremely specific factors in mind to make sure every department’s needs are accommodated and you are ready to walk on camera as soon as you are needed on set.

Arriving late (without a legitimate excuse) puts the entire production behind schedule and is both unprofessional and unacceptable.


SNACKS / MEALS:

YOU SHOULD ARRIVE HAVING ALREADY EATEN - AS WE CANNOT GUARANTEE THAT FOOD WILL BE AVAILABLE WHEN YOU FIRST CHECK IN.

THERE WILL BE SNACKS PROVIDED THROUGHOUT FILMING AND LUNCH WILL BE SERVED HALFWAY THROUGH THE DAY.

IF YOUR GROUP COMES IN LATER IN THE DAY (AFTER THE CREW HAS ALREADY HAD LUNCH) A FULL MEAL WILL NOT BE PROVIDED BEFORE WRAP - SO PLEASE BE SURE TO EAT BEFORE YOU COME TO SET!


FILMING POLICY:

YOU MUST STAY FOR THE ENTIRE FILMING DAY (HOWEVER LONG YOUR ROLE IS NEEDED) UNTIL YOU ARE OFFICIALLY RELEASED / WRAPPED BY A PRODUCTION ASSISTANT IN ORDER TO BE PAID FOR THE DAY.

IF YOU LEAVE EARLY WITHOUT PRIOR APPROVAL, YOU WILL NOT BE PAID!!
