We’re in our final week of filming for Rolling Loud, and (as expected) nothing can ever go according to plan on this show…but I think we have all become accustomed to that by now. We had anticipated having many more people working this final week, but our updated numbers from production are much lower than expected- so we’re making a final push to get everyone booked for the last few dates.
We are looking for approximately 180 people to work on Wednesday and Thursday…while Friday 2/28 requires fewer than 100, and Monday 3/3 is still TBD.
The form below is an AUTOMATIC BOOKING FOR WEDNESDAY 2.26 & THURSDAY 2.27.
For Friday 2.28 & Monday 3.3 —this is ONLY an availability check to see who is still available if needed. We will reach out ASAP to book people for Friday and Monday as the production numbers allow.

After already juggling four drastic schedule changes yesterday alone, we’ve just been informed that production is requesting another small group of festival goers be added back on for today’s scenes. With the schedule changing like this multiple times every day, we have not been able to create an accurate updated list of dates that everyone will be needed to send to you all. We are truly sorry for this, and for not having time to respond to everyone’s messages. This production has been far beyond explosive with their scheduling changes. Please remember these things are completely out of our control…and we are just two people doing our best to manage this chaos without a complete mental breakdown.

Hi everyone,
We wanted to reach out regarding an issue we had yesterday with our response forms. At some point during the day, our backend system, which populates your responses for us, broke without our knowledge. However, IT IS NOW FIXED!! Because of this, we kindly ask that if you’re receiving this email again, please take a moment to fill out your availability for February 7 once more.
Also, please note that Production made a last-minute decision late yesterday to reduce today’s call by 100 people. This was entirely their decision, not ours—we always want everyone to work, but we have to follow their guidelines. If you were expecting to be on set today but didn’t receive a confirmation email, this call reduction is the reason why we didn’t follow up with everyone we did not see form responses from yesterday (not knowing at the time that our form had malfunctioned). We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused.
Concerning tomorrow’s schedule - we now have some spots for February 7 that are NOT part of the mosh pit scene. If you’re receiving this email, please help us by completing the form again. We’re so sorry for the extra step, but we have no other choice to ensure everything runs smoothly. At this time, nobody new has been booked for this date - whether you were available for the mosh pit or not - and we will be working on that today hoping to bring in as many of you as possible that confirm you are available and interested.
If you’re currently on-site, please do us a huge favor and let your friends, group, or people near you know to check their email and fill out their response for February 7. At this time, we have not booked any new talent for February 7—we had hoped to do so by the end of the day yesterday, but we had to prioritize handling the emergency changes that directly affected today’s filming.

Dear Rolling Loud Festival Attendee,
Due to a 70% chance of rain expected Friday, production has decided it is in everyone's best interest to reschedule the first day of filming to Saturday. This change ensures everyone's comfort and helps us avoid filming in unfavorable conditions.
We sincerely apologize for this inconvenience and last-minute change. We truly appreciate your flexibility and understanding. The good news is that Saturday is expected to be a beautiful day, with highs in the 60s and plenty of sunshine.
For those who have already attended fittings, thank you—you all look fantastic! The production team is not only excited but also incredibly impressed by the amazing clothing options you’ve brought to truly capture the festival vibe we’re aiming for.
We know this is a big ask, and we’re truly begging and hopeful that you can accommodate this change. This was never a planned day, but we are counting on you and so hoping you can make it happen for us! If you are available to make this change to Saturday, you are automatically booked—no further confirmation is needed.
