We wanted to reach out regarding an issue we had yesterday with our response forms. At some point during the day, our backend system, which populates your responses for us, broke without our knowledge. However, IT IS NOW FIXED!! Because of this, we kindly ask that if you’re receiving this email again, please take a moment to fill out your availability for February 7 once more.
Also, please note that Production made a last-minute decision late yesterday to reduce today’s call by 100 people. This was entirely their decision, not ours—we always want everyone to work, but we have to follow their guidelines. If you were expecting to be on set today but didn’t receive a confirmation email, this call reduction is the reason why we didn’t follow up with everyone we did not see form responses from yesterday (not knowing at the time that our form had malfunctioned). We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused.
Concerning tomorrow’s schedule - we now have some spots for February 7 that are NOT part of the mosh pit scene. If you’re receiving this email, please help us by completing the form again. We’re so sorry for the extra step, but we have no other choice to ensure everything runs smoothly. At this time, nobody new has been booked for this date - whether you were available for the mosh pit or not - and we will be working on that today hoping to bring in as many of you as possible that confirm you are available and interested.
If you’re currently on-site, please do us a huge favor and let your friends, group, or people near you know to check their email and fill out their response for February 7. At this time, we have not booked any new talent for February 7—we had hoped to do so by the end of the day yesterday, but we had to prioritize handling the emergency changes that directly affected today’s filming.
