We wanted to reach out regarding an issue we had with our forms yesterday. At some point, our backend system, which tracks your responses, stopped working without our knowledge. The form is NOW FIXED! Because of this, we are re-sending this form to confirm that you are still on board for February 7.
Also, please note that Production made a last-minute decision late yesterday to reduce today’s call by 100 people. This was entirely their decision, not ours—we always want everyone to work, but we have to follow their guidelines. If you were expecting to be on set today but didn’t receive a confirmation email, this call reduction is the reason why we didn’t follow up with everyone we did not see form responses from yesterday (not knowing at the time that our form had malfunctioned). We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused.
Concerning Friday - if you’re receiving this email, you are already booked. We’re simply checking in to make sure you’re still available. If anything has changed and you are no longer able to work, please let us know ASAP.
If someone around you did NOT receive an email from us today, that means their response went through yesterday, and they are all set! NO NEED TO TEXT US!
