🎬 Filming Date & Role Sheets Below
Please review the filming date you are booked for below and make sure you are aware of the role you have been assigned, as you will need this information for the next step.
👕 Costume Information
In the next section, you'll find a link to the costume notes for all roles. Please select the album that corresponds with the role you are working and review the wardrobe requirements carefully. Plan to bring the requested clothing with you on your filming day.
If you were selected to attend a costume fitting, please review the fitting notes for what to bring with you. If you spoke with Heather and were unable to attend a fitting, simply bring the requested wardrobe items with you on your filming day instead.
For all non-uniform roles, please bring 2-3 complete outfit options (head to toe, including shoes and accessories when applicable). This allows our Costume Department to choose the look that best fits the scene you'll be appearing in. This does not apply to uniform roles.

💄 Hair & Makeup
Please arrive camera ready, with your hair and everyday makeup already done. We ask that your hairstyle and makeup be clean, natural, and appropriate for the role you are portraying. Unless otherwise instructed, please avoid overly glamorous or dramatic looks.
💵 Payroll Information
You will also receive an email the night before filming with instructions to upload your I-9 documents and complete the required payroll paperwork so production can process your payment voucher.
Payment is typically mailed by check unless a direct deposit option is available through the payroll company.
If you're new to Casting TaylorMade, welcome! We are the casting company hired by production to book background talent. We never charge our talent any fees, and you are paid directly by the production's payroll company.
🪪 I-9 Verification
ACCEPTABLE DOCUMENTS FOR I-9 VERIFICATION ON SET
A physical copy or a clear photo of your unexpired document(s) is acceptable for completing your paperwork before filming.

YOU MUST BRING YOUR ORIGINAL, VALID IDENTIFICATION WITH YOU TO SET.
IF YOU DO NOT BRING VALID, CURRENT IDENTIFICATION WITH YOU TO SET, YOU WILL BE SENT HOME. THERE ARE ABSOLUTELY NO EXCEPTIONS.
Federal law requires production to verify your identity and employment eligibility before you are permitted to work, so please double-check that you have your required documents with you before leaving home.

We understand that emergencies can happen, and we sincerely hope they don't. If something unexpected comes up, we kindly ask that you notify us as soon as possible so we can work with production to fill your spot if needed.
