PLEASE NOTE:
This is not a conventional confirmation email, as there are a few additional items we need from you.
Please review and answer all questions below, complete both pages of the attached release, and upload everything to Dropbox ASAP.
There is one two-page release attached that must be completed and returned as soon as possible. The client would ideally like to pay you through Zelle, so please provide the requested payment information below.
If you do not currently have Zelle, please check with your bank to see whether you can enroll. Zelle is becoming an increasingly popular payment option, and enrollment is typically free.
The release asks you to enter your rate.

I am also including a Dropbox link where you can upload your completed release. Please upload both completed pages ASAP. If you do not have access to a printer, you can fill out and sign the release directly from your phone using the directions below.

Additionally, the client is sending your filming details directly to you. You should have already received the information for Saturday, 7/25. Please confirm below that you received it.
Information for the second filming date will follow within the next few days. I will send those booked for Tuesday a similar email, but they will not need to complete the release again.

PHONE FILLING OUT INSTRUCTIONS:

iPhone (Screenshot Method)
Take a screenshot of each page of the document.
Open each screenshot in the Photos app.
Tap Edit, then tap the pen/Markup icon at the top.
Use the drawing tools to sign the document.
Tap the + button, then select Add Text to fill in the remaining information.
Tap Done to save each completed page, then upload both pages to the Dropbox link.
Android (Adobe Acrobat Reader Method)
Download and open the document using the free Adobe Acrobat Reader app.
Select Fill & Sign.
Add your information and signature.
Save the completed document and upload it to the Dropbox link.
For the best results, download the document first rather than filling it out directly inside your email app.

Take a screenshot of each page of the document.
Open each screenshot in your Gallery or Google Photos app.
Tap Edit, then select the pen, drawing, or Markup tool.
Use the drawing tool to add your signature.
Look for the Text or T option to type the remaining information.
Save each completed page, then upload both pages to the Dropbox link.
