"Rolling Loud" is utilizing Everyset, a SAG-AFTRA approved digital onboarding and voucher system.
You will receive an email from them later tonight to create an account on https://onboard.everyset.com/.
Be sure to sign up under the email you gave to casting.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Create an account from the email that is sent to you
2. Complete documents (I-9 first)
3. Sign your voucher at the end of the day in the Everyset app (Timecards tab) or on onboard.everyset.com
4. Please bring a photo, photocopy, or physical copy of your Government issued Photo ID and Social Security Card for i9 verification OR of your Passport - this MUST be the same ID used for your EVERYSET upload.

If you are carpooling with others on this list who have later call times, you are expected to arrive at the checkin table by the earliest person’s call time. Carpooling is NOT an appropriate reason to arrive late!

WARDROBE NOTES:
If you DID attend a fitting: please bring EVERYTHING that was discussed with you or requested of you at your fitting appointment! Every piece matters!!
If you DID NOT attend a fitting: YOU MUST BRING OPTIONS WITH YOU TO BE FIT ON SET. Please make sure you bring 4-6 complete options including shoes and accessories for wardrobe to select your look from. Even if your options do not completely fit the look of the reference photos below - you MUST bring something! Sneakers AND shorts options are strongly requested. (Most of our filming dates are scheduled to be inside on a sound stage). Graphic t-shirts cannot be used due to copy right issues - so try to avoid anything with recognizable designs or large logos.
EVENT SECURITY:
Please bring black tactical / work boots if you have them!
Everything else will be provided for your uniform.
VENDORS:
Please bring ALL BLACK outfits! (tshirt or polo and pants!)
EVENT STAFF:
Please bring comfortable work shoe options and solid color pant options
A shirt will be provided for your staff uniform.
FESTIVAL GOERS & RINGER GIRLS:
Please bring enough clothes and accessories for 4-6 complete look options.
EVERYONE NEEDS TO BRING SOME OUTFIT OPTIONS (even if they do not completely fit the look below)
PLEASE BRING BOTH PANTS AND SHORTS!!! We’ll be filming inside on a sound stage for MOST of these dates
EVERYONE NEEDS TO BRING MULTIPLE SHOE CHOICES INCLUDING SNEAKERS— the wardrobe department is very limited on the shoes they can provide for background

It’s important that you come camera-ready, as there won’t be time for additional styling on set.
MAKEUP NOTES:
Please follow below instructions so we can process everyone quickly while executing the look for the show:

REMINDER: Everyone is expected to be well-rested, clean / showered, and have already eaten breakfast BEORE YOU ARRIVE.
Catering will not be provided until lunch time! We also recommend bringing your own snacks to have for yourself in extras holding just in case craft service is delayed in setting up the snack table or has a limited selection.
We strongly encourage bringing JACKETS / COATS / BLANKETS (*ANYTHING YOU WANT THAT YOU CAN EASILY PUT ON / TAKE OFF) to help stay warm whenever you aren't on camera as these things cannot not be provided by production. You may have to leave them on the ground out of the way while you are on camera - so don’t bring anything too fancy!
