🎬 Wardrobe Brief: Library Scene – Fall 2025
Scene Context: We’re filming in a library environment. Think smart-casual campus / public library setting in early autumn (cooler weather, indoor + outdoor shots possible).
Theme & feel: Realistic, everyday people in a library space — students, faculty, visitors. Nothing flashy, nothing distracting. We want wardrobe that blends in, supports the scene, and doesn’t pull attention away from the story.
What the wardrobe team needs from the performers:
Bring at least 3 full outfit options (see details below). Background Work+2Black Box Productions+2
No logos, slogans, big patterns. Solid or minimal textures are ideal. Black Box Productions+1
Avoid bright white or full black outfits, as they may cause camera/lighting issues. Gary Mason+1
Stick to solid colors, muted tones, earth tones, jewel tones — think navy, olive, burgundy, gray, tan. Gary Mason+1
Make sure clothes are clean, well-fitted, pressed/steamed, and comfortable enough for long takes or standing. Pico Talent+1
Bring appropriate close toed footwear (clean, camera-friendly, no logos if possible).
Accessories: Minimal, quiet, non-distracting jewelry or belts; bring some layering options (cardigan, light jacket) for autumn vibe.
HAIR NOTES:
Please come with you hair styled as you would have it for everyday.
You hair should match your overall look.
MAKEUP NOTES:
Please wear light makeup to match your everyday look.
Nothing too dramatic. Please come with your makeup on when you arrive to set- feel free to bring the basics with you for touch ups.
Males please make sure your facial hair is kept, not unruly ;)
