Thicker stripes and larger prints are OK! Bring it if it's a good option, even if you're questioning it!

DATE / ROLE SPECIFIC NOTES:

Please read the following carefully to ensure you're fully prepared for tomorrow.

  • Arrive camera-ready: hair and makeup done, dressed in your best first-look outfit.

  • Bring 2 additional complete looks, including accessories, in case a wardrobe change is needed.


EXT Miami Industrial Park

Precision Drivers

  • Wear all black, nondescript clothing (you will remain in vehicle).

Pedestrians

  • Dress like locals in Miami during summertime.

  • Casual everyday attire, not overly styled.

  • Avoid: large logos, graphics, all black, bright whites, bright red, neon colors.

  • Tattoos: must be covered OR you must provide a release form from your tattoo artist.

  • Color palette: tropical, muted tones.


INT Assisted Living Facility

Female & Male Residents

  • Dress as if you live at an assisted living facility (comfortable, age-appropriate attire).

  • Tattoos: must be covered OR provide a release form from your tattoo artist.

  • Avoid: all black, bright whites, bright red, neon colors.

  • Color palette: tropical, muted tones.

Nurse Attendants

  • Most have been pre-fit. If not:

    • Bring sensible sneakers to wear with scrubs.

    • Bring base layers or cardigans to layer w/ green scrubs.

    • Apple watches are OK


INT Miami General Hospital

Patients & Visitors

  • Dress in casual, everyday clothing appropriate for visiting or staying at a hospital.

  • Examples: jeans, casual pants, simple dresses, short-sleeve shirts, light sweaters/cardigans, athletic wear, sneakers, flats, or comfortable shoes.

  • Look should be clean and polished, but not overly styled or formal.

  • Avoid:

    • All black, bright whites, bright red, neon colors.

    • Large logos or bold graphics.

    • High heels or overly dressy pieces.

  • Tattoos: must be covered OR you must provide a release form from your tattoo artist.

  • Color palette: muted tropical tones—soft greens, blues, corals, tans, light neutrals.

  • Think of a realistic, lived-in hospital environment. Your wardrobe should feel authentic and natural.


Doctors

  • Most have been pre-fit. If not:

    • Bring non-descript dress shirt and dress pants with belt and matching shoes.

    • Be prepared to wear scrubs or a lab coat.

    • Also bring a sneaker option for scrub look.

    • Apple watches are OK


Nurses

  • Most have been pre-fit. If not:

    • Bring sensible sneakers to wear with scrubs.

    • Bring base layers or cardigans to layer w/ ceil blue scrubs.

    • Apple watches are OK


HAIR NOTES:

We will not rehire people that do not follow makeup/hair notes


Please arrive CAMERA READY with your hair clean, dry, and STYLED NICELY to fit your look! Your hairstyle should match the vibe created by your wardrobe options (as described above)!


MAKEUP NOTES:

IMPORTANT REMINDERS:

YOU ARE EXPECTED TO BE IN LINE READY TO CHECK IN NO LATER THAN YOUR CALL TIME (BUT PREFERABLY 15-20 MINUTES EARLY)!

IF YOU ARRIVE LATE - YOU WILL MOST LIKELY BE TURNED AWAY WITHOUT PAY!!! You need to let us know IMMEDIATELY if you are running behind for any reason. COMMUNICATION IS EXTREMELY IMPORTANT.

Call times are NOT negotiable - THEY ARE MANDATORY.

Call times are decided with extremely specific factors in mind to make sure every department’s needs are accommodated and you are ready to walk on camera as soon as you are needed on set.

Arriving late (without a legitimate excuse) puts the entire production behind schedule and is both unprofessional and unacceptable.


SNACKS / MEALS:

YOU SHOULD ARRIVE HAVING ALREADY EATEN - AS WE CANNOT GUARANTEE THAT FOOD WILL BE AVAILABLE WHEN YOU FIRST CHECK IN.

THERE WILL BE SNACKS PROVIDED THROUGHOUT FILMING AND LUNCH WILL BE SERVED HALFWAY THROUGH THE DAY.

IF YOUR GROUP COMES IN LATER IN THE DAY (AFTER THE CREW HAS ALREADY HAD LUNCH) A FULL MEAL WILL NOT BE PROVIDED BEFORE WRAP - SO PLEASE BE SURE TO EAT BEFORE YOU COME TO SET!


FILMING POLICY:

YOU MUST STAY FOR THE ENTIRE FILMING DAY (HOWEVER LONG YOUR ROLE IS NEEDED) UNTIL YOU ARE OFFICIALLY RELEASED / WRAPPED BY A PRODUCTION ASSISTANT IN ORDER TO BE PAID FOR THE DAY.

IF YOU LEAVE EARLY WITHOUT PRIOR APPROVAL, YOU WILL NOT BE PAID!!
