📣 CLUB SCENE CASTING – TALENT INFORMATION
We’re thrilled to have you on board filming on “MIA” for our upcoming famous club scenes in Miami.
Please review the following important details to ensure a smooth experience:
📅 Scheduling & Availability :
Live Sheet Access: Your scheduled filming dates are listed in the live sheet.
Availability Changes: If you are unable to work on any date where you're marked as "confirmed," it's crucial that you text Heather immediately. Be sure you receive a response from her confirming she got your message.
⏰ General Call Time Expectations :
We know how important it is to plan your day — so here’s some basic details on what to expect:
Exact call times will not be known until the day before each filming date.
These CLUB scenes will operate as SPLIT-CALLS, which means:
Call times will generally begin early to mid-afternoon. While we can’t give a precise time in advance, you likely won’t be needed before 1:00 PM.
Wrap times are expected to be sometime between 2:00 AM and 4:00 AM.
Please understand that we can never give an exact end time in advance. Wrap depends on how the filming day unfolds — things may run on time, behind schedule, or occasionally ahead. We appreciate your patience and flexibility!
🌟 Featured Role Consideration :
All talent booked for this club scene are automatically being considered for featured roles handpicked by our directors. So if you see other role breakdowns for these shoot dates, rest assured — you’re already in the mix for those parts too.
👚 Fitting Appointments :
If you're booked for more than two filming dates, a wardrobe fitting will likely be required.
Our goal was to release the sign-up schedule for fittings today, but production is still finalizing important details — including specific role assignments.
We are waiting to hear back to ensure that:
Everyone who needs a fitting receives the correct link to schedule.
Anyone who does not require a fitting is notified accordingly.
Please note: Some featured roles — even if they only work one filming day — may still require a fitting. These details are currently being finalized by production.
Only one fitting is needed per person, and we appreciate your patience as we lock this in.

We just wanted to give you a solid head start on what they’re leaning toward so you can begin pulling looks and preparing. More finalized wardrobe notes will be shared closer to your fitting or filming date (if you are not fitting beforehand).
CLUB X – WARDROBE GUIDELINES :
Creating a high-end, exclusive Miami nightlife scene
✨ OVERALL VIBE:
This isn't your average night out — we're capturing the energy of Miami’s most exclusive VIP club. Think luxury, glam, bold fashion, and Instagram-worthy looks. The vibe is upscale and intentional — you must look like you belong in a $100 cover-charge club surrounded by elite clientele.
NO casual wear. Dress to impress — with style and intention.
🧥 IMPORTANT NOTES:
Bring at least 4 full outfit options (head-to-toe looks, including shoes & accessories) for wardrobe approval.
All clothing should be:
Clean, pressed, and styled
Look expensive (even if it isn’t)
Come to set dressed in your top outfit choice, with additional options in a garment bag or neatly packed.

Tailored button-down shirts or fitted, fashionable polos
Blazers or sharp jackets
Dress pants or clean, slim dark jeans (no rips, no bagginess)
Dress shoes or clean, upscale designer sneakers
Accessories: Belts, watches, necklaces, rings

T-shirts, tank tops, or athletic tops
Cargo pants, joggers, ripped jeans, or shorts
Baseball caps, beanies, or hoodies
Flip-flops, sandals, work boots, or running shoes
👠 WOMEN – WHAT TO WEAR:
✅ DO WEAR:
Cocktail dresses, chic jumpsuits, bodycon outfits, or trendy two-piece sets
Bold accessories: Statement earrings, clutches, layered jewelry
Heels: Strappy sandals, stilettos, or fashion-forward boots
❌ AVOID:
Sneakers, flat shoes, or sandals
Denim or overly revealing pieces (this is glam, not trashy)
T-shirts, loungewear, or athletic wear
💵 PAY RATE & PAYROLL INFO :
Standard Rate: $182 for up to 12 hours of work
Overtime: If you work over 12 hours, you will receive overtime pay
Guarantee: If your workday is under 12 hours, you will still receive the full $182 guaranteed rate
💳 HOW YOU'LL BE PAID :
You will receive a check by mail – please make sure your address is accurate and up to date
Checks usually arrive within 2 weeks after each work date
This is a legitimate professional production through the Peacock Network
Payroll is processed through a union-compliant entertainment payroll company (just like any other network television or studio job)
