Hi Firing Room Team,
We need to do a quick availability check with everyone who was scheduled to work with us on Sunday, October 4.
First and most importantly, your 10/4 booking has been canceled. Unfortunately, there is a major rain front/storm system coming through, and because the Memorial scene is an exterior scene, Production has made the decision to cancel the entire filming day for Sunday.
We are so sorry.
You are part of our extremely special Firing Room group, and we absolutely still want and need you for your originally scheduled dates. We are not changing or taking away any of those existing bookings.
What we are doing now is checking a few additional dates because Production has shifted things around and, apparently, decided to make all of our lives just a little more exciting this week 😅
We are now checking your availability for:
Monday, November 23
This is the new filming date for the Memorial scene that was originally scheduled for 10/4.
YOU ARE STILL BOOKED FOR ALL OF YOUR FIRING ROOM DATES!
Please know that Maya, Jenna, and I have nothing to do with these changes. Trust us, this is not how we wanted to be spending our time either. We know these last-minute changes affect your personal schedules, work, families, and plans, and we are genuinely sorry for the inconvenience.
We truly appreciate any flexibility you are able to give us and any movement you can make with your schedule to help us meet Production’s new requirements.
