Hi everyone we are SO VERY SORRY ABOUT THIS EMAIL & IT’S CONTEXTS.
THIS MEANS SO MUCH TO OUR TEAM - MAIYA, JENNA, and HEATHER.
WE WORK SO HARD & THIS SUCKS.

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY: YOU ARE CANCELED FOR SUNDAY, OCTOBER 4.
Due to the rain and because the Memorial scene is scheduled to film outdoors, Production has canceled the 10/4 filming day, which is now moving to November 23rd (Monday). Please do NOT report to set on Sunday, October 4.
The Memorial scene has now been rescheduled for Monday, November 23.
At the same time, we have several new background needs filming October 5, October 6, October 7 and October 8, and we are checking availability to see whether some of the people who were originally scheduled with us for 10/4 may be a great fit for these additional scenes.
PLEASE UNDERSTAND
Your 10/4 booking is canceled.
If you are selected to work one of the October 5–8 dates, that would be a new booking for a different scene/role.
Being booked for one of those October dates does not replace the newly rescheduled Memorial scene on Monday, November 23. We 10000000% still want to bring you back for the Memorial as well.
This now gives us some flexibility to potentially use you in another appropriate role during October while still keeping you available for the Memorial in November.
