First, thank you so much for being a part of RJ DECKER! You all did an amazing job, and we truly appreciate the time, energy, and professionalism you brought to set.
Before anything else, I have two favors to ask:
#1 – Please help make my life a little easier and get these documents uploaded ASAP. 🙏 I am trying to get everything wrapped up and turned over to production, and the faster you can get me what is listed next to your name below, the more you will be helping me out!
PLEASE NOTE: It is very important that you get any outstanding documents completed and uploaded ASAP so that your payment is not delayed. We want to make sure everyone gets paid as quickly as possible, so please help us by getting anything still needed from you turned in right away. Please and thank you!
#2 – I know this paperwork is a pain in the a**. I get it, and I’m sorry! But these are production requirements, and we have to make sure we are grateful and compliant with everything being asked of us. This is part of why we are lucky enough to have productions come to SOUTH FLORIDA and why we want to make it as easy as possible for them to continue filming here. So thank you in advance for helping us get every last item buttoned up!
We are wrapping up the production paperwork and have just a few remaining documents we need to collect.

Please find your name on the list below and send ONLY the document(s) listed next to your name.
IMPORTANT: If you previously uploaded a Passport and/or Social Security card, but you are listed below as needing an ID, production specifically needs a State ID or Driver’s License (DL). We are sorry about that (as we previously thought that was ok).
I have attached the Declaration of Residency Form below. If that form is listed next to your name, please complete it and upload it along with any other requested documents. We please need it back from you regardless of if you are / aren’t a Broward County resident.
Please double-check that you have uploaded everything listed next to your name so we can get your paperwork completed for production.

Take a screenshot of each page of the document.
Open each screenshot in the Photos app.
Tap Edit, then the Markup/pen icon.
Use the drawing tool to add your signature.
Tap the + button → Add Text to enter the remaining information.
Tap Done to save each completed page.
Upload BOTH completed pages to the Dropbox link.
Android – Adobe Acrobat Reader
Download and open the document using the free Adobe Acrobat Reader app.
Select Fill & Sign.
Enter your information and add your signature.
Save the completed document.
Upload the completed document to the Dropbox link.
Android – Screenshot Method
Take a screenshot of each page.
Open each screenshot in your Gallery or Google Photos app.
Tap Edit and select the pen, drawing, or Markup tool.
Add your signature using the drawing tool.
Use the Text/T option to enter the remaining information.
Save each completed page.
Upload BOTH completed pages to the Dropbox link.
