SHOOT DETAILS: You'll be portraying campers enjoying a NASCAR race weekend — think authentic, relaxed campground energy across daytime and evening shots. The entire shoot is outdoors, so please be mentally / physically aware and prepared for July Georgia weather. This is actually the NASCAR weekend so you will be partaking in this actual even - PAID FUN TIMES!
FILMING DATES: Saturday July 11th or Sunday July 12th
*most likely talent will only work one date but please let us know about your overall availability for both dates as the client may prefer you to work one date over the other
GENERAL CALL TIME / HOURS NEEDED: 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM (approximately)
FILMING LOCATION: EchoPark Speedway Hampton, GA 30228 (30 miles ± south of Atlanta)
RATE: RATE: $150 / 10 hrs
ROLES & WHO WE ARE CASTING:
⭐️Adults Ages 18-100yrs
⭐️Families Ages 18-100yrs w/ kids ages 9-15yrs Seeking two complete family groups of four. Real families are strongly preferred — authentic connections read on camera
⭐️Real Friend Groups (Young Adults) Ages 18 - 21yrs Groups of three people — real friend groups are a huge plus > natural chemistry shows
⭐️Kids Ages 9–15yrs Looking for a variety of looks within this range. If your child is selected and is not part of a family unit the parent or legal guardian must be on set for the full duration of shoot.
SPECIAL NOTES for REAL FAMILIES & FRIEND GROUPS SUBMISSIONS: - If you're submitting with your Family & people you actually know, please make sure to list their names in the form below in the follow up question section once selecting your role
-For Real Friend Groups submissions > YOU MUST share this casting call link with your friends listed as we need their individual submission as well to be considered (have them complete ASAP).
