You're booked! Thank you for joining us for the NASCAR x Daytona 500 shoot. Here's everything you need for the day.

🔢 THE LIVE ROLE CALL + YOUR GROUP NUMBER

Find your name below. Next to it is your GROUP NUMBER (1 to 10). After you check in, go straight to the holding area with your number. Each one is clearly marked with a sign.

ONLY the people listed on the LIVE ROLE CALL are allowed to work. Minors are listed with their guardian. Chaperones (not on camera) have their own list further down, in the same group as their minor.

This list updates LIVE. If you don't see your name (or a minor's guardian), please text us!

👨‍👩‍👧 CHAPERONES (NOT ON CAMERA)

These are the parents and guardians coming to set with a minor who are not working on camera. Please stay with your minor in their group the entire day.

🚶 WHEN YOU ARRIVE

1. Please use the restrooms provided on the ramp before you check in.
2. Check in at the BG check-in table and give your name.
3. Go straight to your holding area number (your GROUP NUMBER on the LIVE ROLE CALL). Each one is clearly marked with a sign.
4. Stay in your holding area until a crew member walks your group to set. Our stunt coordinators will run a quick safety briefing in each area.
5. Any wardrobe or merch handed out on set must be returned at wrap before you leave.

🚗 PARKING

We've pulled together parking options close to set so you can park, take a short walk and be at check-in by 12:00 PM. We recommend arriving 15 minutes early to give yourself time to park.

BEACH PARKING LOTS (CLOSEST TO SET)
Free for Volusia County residents who register their vehicle before Monday at parkvolusia.org or in the Park Volusia app. If you live outside Volusia County, it's $20 for the day, paid at the kiosk.

University Blvd Beach Park - FREE

Free street parking is available on the side streets off N Atlantic.

PAID PARKING GARAGES
If the beach lots fill up, these garages are close by:

Daytona Grande Parking Garage
501 N Atlantic Ave | About a 12 to 13 min walk | $10 to $20 for the day

Ocean Center Garage
701 Earl St | About a 20 min walk | $15 for the day, card only

A FEW TIPS
• Carpool if you can. The beach lots are shared with beachgoers and fill up first come, first served.
• Please pay or register before you walk away from your car. The county mails tickets.
• Always check posted signs where you park.
• Do not drive or park on the beach. That section is closed for the shoot.
• Bring water and wear comfortable shoes for the walk and the sand.

Production is not providing parking or shuttles, so please plan to park, carpool or Uber to set.

💵 HOW YOU'LL GET PAID

You'll be paid electronically through production's online payroll system. After the shoot, production will email everyone who checked in, asking for your payment details. That system also handles all the paperwork. Payroll runs at the end of each month, so you'll be paid at the end of the month you complete your paperwork.

Please make sure the email you enter in the confirmation form below is the one you check most. That's where the payroll email will go.

⭐ GOOD TO KNOW

🎒 FOOD + WATER: Meals and snacks will not be provided, so please bring your own. Please also bring your own water. Some extra water will be available.

☀️ SUN: Bring sunscreen and anything you need to be comfortable in the Florida sun all day. There will be downtime in between takes and set ups.

🔥 SAFETY: We'll be shooting near the water and around slow moving cars, with pyro and special effects run by a licensed stunt and safety team. Please follow all crew and safety instructions.

👨‍👩‍👧 MINORS (13–17): A parent or guardian MUST be on set with the minor the ENTIRE day, or the minor will be turned away without pay.

🏃 GET READY TO MOVE: This is an ACTIVE day, not a day of lounging on the beach! You'll be jogging on the sand for short bursts, multiple takes, and some of you will carry flags or other props. You'll get breaks and rests in between.

🚗 LOCAL HIRE: You are responsible for your own transportation to and from set.

🤝 THE MOST IMPORTANT THING: SHOW UP!

We are building a crowd of 500 people, and production is counting on every single one of you. Last-minute cancellations and no-shows are NOT okay and put the whole shoot at risk. This is a real job, so please plan ahead for traffic, parking and the walk to the beach, and arrive EARLY / ON TIME.

🚨 IF YOU HAVE AN EMERGENCY

If a TRUE emergency comes up, you must let us know AS SOON AS POSSIBLE so we can fill your spot. Any cancellation made less than 48 hours before the shoot puts the whole day at risk and will be noted. A no-show without letting us know is NOT okay.
