CONGRATULATIONS! We are so happy to have you join us on the beach for this NASCAR commercial promoting the 2027 Daytona 500.

If this is your first time ever working as a background actor, welcome! ❤️ You do not need to know how everything works yet. That is what we are here for.

Read through this page carefully, and we will walk you through the rest when you arrive.

For those of you who have worked with us before, WELCOME BACK! We are so excited to make some Daytona history with you.

📋 THE LIVE ROLE CALL

Find your name below. ONLY the people listed on the LIVE ROLE CALL are allowed to attend. If someone is not on the list, they will not be able to work on the day.

This list updates LIVE. If you don't see your name (or a minor's guardian), please text us!

🤝 THE MOST IMPORTANT THING: SHOW UP!

This one is easy and fun, and the #1 thing we need from you is to BE THERE.

We are building a crowd of 500 people, and production is counting on every single one of you. Every spot matters to make this DAYTONA COMMERCIAL SPOT matter!!

You accepted this booking by text, so we are counting on you.
Last-minute cancellations and no-shows are NOT okay and put the whole shoot at risk.

Please put MONDAY, NOVEMBER 9th in your calendar right now and keep the ENTIRE DAY open. Plan on around a 6-hour day. It is currently planned for midday, but times may shift, as they often can do!

⏰ WHAT COMES NEXT

You will receive ONE MORE EMAIL with your FINAL DETAILS, including:

• Your exact CALL TIME (the time you need to arrive)
• The exact BEACH LOCATION
• Parking + arrival information
• Where to report / check in
• Any final instructions you need for the day

Your FINAL DETAILS email will go out THE DAY BEFORE THE SHOOT (SUNDAY, NOVEMBER 8th) - if we get these details from production sooner we will TOTALLY EMAIL THEM TO YOU SOONER TOO.

The sender will say Casting TaylorMade, but it could come from several different emails, so be on the lookout and check your spam/junk/promotions folders.

⚠️ When it arrives, please SCROLL ALL THE WAY TO THE BOTTOM of that email too and complete its confirmation form. Receiving the email is NOT your final confirmation.

⭐ HERE'S WHAT TO GET READY

👕 WARDROBE
• Casual beach-day or workout / athleisure looks you can move in, and sneakers you can run in.
• Your top must be a plain t-shirt with NO logos, brand names, graphics, or text.
• If you wear a color, it MUST be one of the NASCAR colors: RED, BLUE, or YELLOW. If you have more than one, BRING THEM ALL!
• No bathing suits.

🎒 WHAT TO BRING
• Your own food and water. No meals or snacks will be provided.
• Sunscreen and anything you need to be comfortable in the Florida sun all day- there will be downtime in between takes and set ups :)

🏃 GET READY TO MOVE
This is an ACTIVE day, not a day of lounging on the beach! 🏖️ You'll be jogging/running on sand for up to about a minute per take, multiple takes, and some of you will carry flags or other props. You'll get breaks and rests in between.

🔥 SAFETY
There will be pyro and special effects on set, run by a licensed stunt and safety team. Everyone gets a safety briefing before filming.

👨‍👩‍👧 MINORS (13–17)
A parent or guardian MUST be on set with the minor the ENTIRE day.
Guardians: your name is listed right under your minor's on the LIVE ROLE CALL above. You are expected to be there, if not your minor will be turned away without pay.

🚗 GETTING THERE
This is a LOCAL HIRE. You are responsible for your own transportation to and from set.

⏰ PLEASE BE EARLY / ON TIME

Your filming day should be treated with complete professionalism. This is a real job!
Please plan ahead for traffic, parking, and walking to the beach, and arrive EARLY / ON TIME for your call time.

📅 IF A TRUE EMERGENCY COMES UP

We hope it never does, but if a TRUE emergency comes up, you must let us know AS SOON AS POSSIBLE so we can fill your spot.
Please do not wait until the last minute. Any cancellation made less than 48 hours before the shoot puts the whole day at risk and will be noted.
A no-show without letting us know is NOT okay, please help us out and communicate with us please!
