Hi & Good Afternoon!
We just received an important update from production regarding a date change for your booking. This scene depends on you - our carefully selected group, and we truly cannot achieve the look we need without you. We are desperate to make this switch work and really hope you can adjust your schedule!
Your original filming dates were April 2nd & 3rd, but these scenes will now be filmed on April 3rd & 4th (Thursday & Friday), you are no longer needed April 2nd.
Our directors were thrilled with your rehearsal performance last week, and they are so excited to have you in this scene. We completely understand that date changes can be inconvenient, and we sincerely appreciate your flexibility. This will be our first week of filming, and we’re so excited to bring this scene to life with you in it.
If you need a moment to rearrange your schedule, we totally understand. You can always reach out to Heather via text if needed (if you can’t respond to this email right away). She wanted to send this via email so she can easily keep track of everyone responses in one place rather than managing a bunch of text messages.
