COSTUME NOTES FOR ALL
We are going to have a lot of people and a lot of departments working together, so let’s all help create a comfortable, respectful and lovely working environment for one another.
Every little bit of preparation helps Costumes, Hair, Makeup, Production and your fellow background artists do their jobs more efficiently and helps this incredible show flow as smoothly as possible.
Thank you for helping us take care of each other and our departments. We are all part of making this show happen.
👗 OVERALL COSTUME NOTES:
VERY IMPORTANT / WHAT TO BRING
🧼 PLEASE ARRIVE FRESHLY BATHED
Out of consideration for our Costume staff, allergies, and the preservation of rented garments, please DO NOT wear perfume or cologne to your fitting.
👕 PLEASE WEAR PROPER UNDERGARMENTS
Please wear the undergarments you plan to wear on your filming day, including bras, T-shirts/undershirts, underwear, etc.
DO NOT arrive at your fitting without underwear and/or a bra, when applicable.
🥂 COUNTRY CLUB MEMBERS
Please bring your country club best! Think an afternoon at a beautiful private club: elevated everyday clothing, tasteful accessories and outfits that fit beautifully.
Some great options:
Blazers, tailored jackets and coordinated suits
Dresses, sweater dresses and skirts
Blouses, button-front shirts and polished knit tops
Polo shirts, fine-knit sweaters, cardigans and quarter-zips
Tailored trousers, chinos and dress pants
Loafers, dress shoes, heeled boots and polished flats
Handbags, belts, scarves and simple jewelry to complete your look
Think fall layers and rich, classic colors: cream, camel, tan, chocolate brown, burgundy, olive, navy and charcoal. Please avoid neon, large visible logos, distracting graphics, distressed clothing or anything sloppy.
🏓 PICKLEBALL PLAYERS
Please bring very nice, high-end pickleball or tennis-style athletic attire. Think coordinated, well-maintained outfits you would wear to play at a private country club. AVOID BIG LOGOS.
Athletic polos and fitted performance tops
Tennis skirts or skorts, athletic dresses and tailored athletic shorts
Coordinated athletic separates
Lightweight warm-up jackets, pullovers or zip-ups
Proper court shoes and clean athletic socks
Visors, simple caps and other appropriate playing accessories
Please bring your pickleball paddle if you own one, along with the items you normally use for a game or practice, such as a court bag, small towel and water bottle. Please keep visible branding minimal.

Please bring back the EXACT outfit you wore while filming that day, including your shoes and accessories, PLUS additional outfit options. We may need to match your previous look!
⛳ GOLFERS
Please bring your normal golfing attire, looking neat, coordinated and appropriate for a private country club. AVOID BIG LOGOS.
Golf polos and performance shirts
Golf trousers, tailored golf shorts, skirts or skorts
Golf sweaters, vests, quarter-zips and lightweight layers
Golf shoes, belts, caps or visors
Your golf glove and golf bag/clubs, if you own them
✨ A FEW FINAL REMINDERS
Please bring everything clean, pressed and ready to wear, preferably on hangers or in a garment bag.
Bring accessories to finish your outfits, but leave expensive or sentimental valuables at home. Basic everyday jewelry and wedding or engagement rings are welcome; please avoid anything overly flashy or distracting.
Please also bring comfortable shoes to wear between filming, especially if your outfit includes heels or heeled boots!
Your hair and makeup should already be finished when you arrive, styled appropriately for your booked role. Costumes will help select your wardrobe from the options you bring.

💇💄 HAIR + MAKEUP — PLEASE ARRIVE CAMERA-READY
Please arrive freshly showered, well groomed, and with your hair and makeup already finished, styled for the role you have been booked for.
We’re creating an upscale country club community, so everyone should look polished, intentional and put together!
🏓⛳ PICKLEBALL PLAYERS + GOLFERS
Think ready for a game at a beautiful private club!
HAIR: Clean, neat and styled appropriately for your activity. Ponytails, braids, buns and other secure athletic styles are welcome. Shorter hair should be neatly styled. Your look should feel finished and cared for.
MAKEUP: If you wear makeup, please arrive with fresh, natural daytime makeup. Light coverage, subtle blush, neutral eyes and a natural lip are great choices. Please avoid heavy glam, dramatic lashes or glitter.
🥂 COUNTRY CLUB MEMBERS
Think an afternoon at the club, looking your best and ready to see your neighbors!
HAIR: Please arrive with your hair fully styled. A polished blowout, smooth or defined natural texture, soft waves, neat curls, or a finished updo all work beautifully. Whatever your style, please take the time to complete it before arriving.
MAKEUP: If you wear makeup, please arrive with a finished, polished daytime look that complements your wardrobe. Think even complexion, softly defined eyes, blush and a flattering lip. Elevated and tasteful, with nothing overly dramatic or distracting.
🧔 FACIAL HAIR — ALL ROLES
Facial hair is welcome unless Casting has instructed you otherwise. Please arrive with beards, mustaches and sideburns neatly trimmed and groomed, with clean edges. If you are clean-shaven, please arrive freshly shaved.
💅 FINISHING TOUCHES
Please have clean, neatly maintained nails, with understated polish if worn. Bring a few essentials for hair and makeup touch-ups throughout the day.
Worked with us on October 30? Please be prepared to match the hair, makeup and facial hair you had while filming that day so we can recreate your previous look if needed.

🪪 Your government-issued ID is required to enter the studio.
💳 Your ID and Social Security card are required to complete your payment system registration. A clear photo of your Social Security card is acceptable.
👧 FOR MINORS: A parent or guardian must also provide the documents required for the government to process the minor’s employment paperwork. You can find the full list of acceptable documents by clicking the button directly below.
🔗 You will receive the link to register or sign in, but you will not be registered in the payment system until the day of your fitting.
