We are going to have a lot of people and a lot of departments working together, so let’s all help create a comfortable, respectful and lovely working environment for one another.
Every little bit of preparation helps Costumes, Hair, Makeup, Production and your fellow background artists do their jobs more efficiently and helps this incredible show flow as smoothly as possible.

👗 OVERALL COSTUME NOTES:
VERY IMPORTANT / WHAT TO BRING
🧼 PLEASE ARRIVE FRESHLY BATHED
Out of consideration for our Costume staff, allergies, and the preservation of rented garments, please DO NOT wear perfume or cologne to your fitting.
👕 PLEASE WEAR PROPER UNDERGARMENTS
Please wear the undergarments you plan to wear on your filming day, including bras, T-shirts/undershirts, underwear, etc.
DO NOT arrive at your fitting without underwear and/or a bra, when applicable.

We’re bringing an elegant, upscale country club gala to life, and your wardrobe is a HUGE part of making this scene shine! ✨
Some of you have received notes directly from Costumes, and some haven’t. They’ve been trying to reach everyone, so thank you for your patience! If you received specific instructions, please follow those.
Please bring 2–3 of your favorite formal outfit options, along with a couple of shoe options and coordinating accessories. If you have more appropriate options and feel like bringing them, we’d love that too! Don’t forget matching shoes, purse & jewelry!

🧳 BRING YOUR FORMALWEAR WITH YOU
You do NOT need to wear your dress, tuxedo or formal outfit while traveling! Come comfortably dressed and bring your wardrobe clean, steamed or pressed, ideally in a garment bag so it stays looking its best.
Your HAIR + MAKEUP should be fully finished when you arrive. Costumes will help finalize your outfit once you’re there.
👟 PLEASE, PLEASE BRING COMFORTABLE SHOES!
Especially our ladies wearing heels: bring comfortable shoes to change into whenever you’re not filming! Flip-flops, slides or easy slip-on flats are great for switching in and out of your dress shoes between setups.

Please bring a couple of appropriate options where possible. No jeans, visible logos, large graphics or distracting patterns.
Bring comfortable shoes to wear whenever you’re not filming, especially if your dress shoes aren’t comfortable for a full day!
You may travel in comfortable clothing and bring your wardrobe on hangers or in a garment bag. Your hair and makeup should already be finished when you arrive.

This is an upscale, modern-day gala, so please arrive looking polished, elegant and ready for a special evening!

💇 HAIR — EVERYONE
Please arrive freshly showered with clean, dry hair, fully styled and ready for camera.
Think intentional, finished, special-occasion hair: polished waves, a sleek style, an elegant updo or another carefully styled look that complements your formal attire.
🧔 MEN — FACIAL HAIR
Please arrive with well-groomed facial hair OR clean-shaven.
Beards, mustaches and sideburns should be neatly maintained, with clean edges. Follow any specific instructions Casting has given you for your role.
💄 WOMEN — GALA MAKEUP
Please arrive with your gala / special-occasion makeup already completed, following the reference photos.
Think elegant, polished evening makeup appropriate for an upscale event.
LIP COLORS: Pinks, mauves, nude lipsticks or gloss.
Please avoid RED or DARK BURGUNDY lip colors.
Bring your lip color and a few essentials for touch-ups throughout the evening!
💅 NAILS + JEWELRY
Please arrive with clean, well-maintained nails.
Keep jewelry appropriate for a formal gala and follow your costume notes. Please leave particularly valuable or sentimental pieces at home.

Tattoos will need to be covered. Please let your makeup artist know if you have ANY visible tattoos so they can address them before you go to set.

💳 Your ID and Social Security card are required to complete your payment system registration. A clear photo of your Social Security card is acceptable.
👧 FOR MINORS: A parent or guardian must also provide the documents required for the government to process the minor’s employment paperwork. You can find the full list of acceptable documents by clicking the button directly below.
