BACKGROUND WARDROBE NOTES
PLEASE MAKE SURE YOUR CLOTHES ARE IRONED / PRESSED / STEAMED BEFORE ARRIVING
(NO WRINKLES PLEASE!!!)
⚠️ Please remember: the costume department will not have backup wardrobe for you. We are depending on you to bring options.
Group 1:
“Latin Flavor”
You will be portraying guests at a Latin Speakeasy / Latin Club.
Think vibrant, stylish, and true to Latin nightlife energy — classy, confident, and expressive. All colors are welcomed!
If you are not familiar with what a “speakeasy” is imagine an upscale, hidden lounge or nightclub with warm lighting, lively energy, and sharp, fashion-forward attire.
Please Bring:
• Fitted dress shirts, blouses, or nice tops (no logos)
• Darker jeans (don’t have to be blue denim — can be a color, just nothing bright) or dress pants/slacks (no rips, holes, or logos)
• Dresses or skirts — sexier cocktail dresses are encouraged
• Blazers, sport coats, or vests are welcome
• Guayabera shirts if you own one (these are perfect for this look!)
• Dress shoes or heels — no sneakers, flip-flops, or slides (females feel free to bring something comfortable to wear on your feet that you can switch out of when you are not filming)
• Accessories like purses, hats, earrings, watches, etc., are great as long as there are no visible logos
• Please bring at least 3 full outfit options so we have choices on set
Group 2:
“OG Latinos” You will represent long-time patrons or community figures in the Latin Club setting.
Please bring three distinct looks that reflect a range of upscale Latin style, the more options you can bring the better for each of these categories.
1 Latin Club Attire – Guayabera shirt or fitted dress shirt, slacks, and dress shoes.
2 Smart Club Casual – Button-down shirt, dark jeans or slacks, loafers or dress shoes.
3 Cocktail Dressy – Dress pants, blazer, or suit jacket with a button-up shirt or Guayabera.
Group 3:
Male Bartenders that also work as Latin Flavor "Group 1"
We will be selecting one or two of you to work as bartenders.
In addition to your club attire above (see Group 1 notes), please bring:
All-black attire: Black button-down shirt, black dress pants, black belt, and black shoes.
Optional: Black vest if you own one.

HAIR NOTES —
Everyone should arrive camera ready with hair polished, styled, and clean to match your overall look.
Hair should complement your wardrobe — think sleek, styled, and intentional, not casual or messy.
Men: please arrive with neatly groomed facial hair. If you are scruffy or unkept looking, please come clean-shaven. Hair should be styled, not bedhead or unkept.
Women: hair should look styled and finished (blow-dried, curled, or neatly pulled back if that fits your outfit).
No wet hair, messy buns, or ponytails unless it’s part of your intentional look.
MAKEUP NOTES —
Everyone should arrive camera ready with your makeup done to match your overall look.
Go for a night-out look — bold, beautiful, and confident.
Clean, glowing skin with defined eyes and lips.
Lip color should enhance your look — totally bring with you for touch ups!
Lashes can be dramatic ones are fine as long as they look good ;)
A little shimmer, bronzer, or highlight is totally great.
Avoid makeup that appears casual or unfinished.
